Heard learned counsel for the applicant/claimant and learned counsel for insurance company.

The medical Board certified 80 per cent permanent disability to the claimant. Therefore, it is desirable to allow the claimant to withdraw reasonable amount of compensation, which is already deposited in this Court. Therefore, permission is granted to the

ca7732.18 applicant to withdraw 50 per cent compensation amount and proportionate interest thereon deposited in this Court, subject to filing of written undertaking verified by authorised Notary, within four weeks from today that the claimant will re-deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.
