1] Heard.

2] Learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that the Insurance Company has accepted the liability for payment of an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees One Lakh) towards the insurance claim lodged by the petitioners.

3] Counsel for the Insurance Company makes a statement on the the basis of the instructions received by him from the Insurance Company. The same is accepted. The Insurance Company shall pay an amount of Rs. 1

{2} 4781 w 5903.14 wps.odt Lakh to the petitioner in W.P. No. 4781 of 2015 within two weeks from today.

4] So far as W.P. No. 5903 of 2014 is concerned, the Insurance Company has deposited a sum of Rs. 1 Lakh together with interest @ 15% p.a. in pursuance to the order issued by this Court on 7th January, 2015. It would be open for the petitioner in the said petition to withdraw the sum of Rs. 1 Lakh unconditionally and balance amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the Insurance Company.

5] Both the petitions are disposed of.
