Mr. Veer, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appeal has been filed before respondent no. 1 almost three and half years back, but the same is not decided.

In case appeal filed by petitioner (Exh. A Collectively) is pending with respondent no. 1, then respondent No. 1 shall decide the same, on its own

wp8988.18 merit, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner may appear before respondent no. 1 on 27.8.2018.
