By this application, applicant seeks leave to file appeal against judgment and order of acquittal dated 03.01.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad in S.C.C. No. 945 of 2022.

Prima facie, reasons assigned by the Trial Court while acquitting the accused are unacceptable. Hence, application is allowed.
