Upon perusal of the documents placed on record and report from the Superintendent of Prison, Aurangabad, addressed to the Public Prosecutor, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, it

cwp504.15 appears that on earlier occasion, Petitioner was released on furlough for the period of four weeks in the year 1998, however the Petitioner did not surrender. Police arrested the Petitioner in the year 2012.

In that view of the matter, prayer of the Petitioner for furlough cannot be considered in the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case. Hence prayer for furlough stands rejected. Criminal Writ Petition is rejected.
