Heard both the sides.

The present applicant who is arrested by Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar in Crime No. 09/2016, registered for the offences punishable under section 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 435, 354, 294, 427, 436 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3 of the Destruction of Public Property Act and under section 4/25 of the Arms Act, is

praying for his release on bail.

The hearing from both sides as well as from the earlier orders passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 1101/2016, dated 15/03/2016 and in Criminal Application No. 1649/2016, dated 02/04/2016, would show that seventeen persons, who are accused of indulging into same riot are already released on bail by this court on certain conditions. The allegations against the present applicant are also the same. 4.

Learned A.P.P. adds that the present applicant has recovered a catapult (gilol), used for hurling the stones.

Considering all the material on record, similar conditional order is being passed in the present application, as follows :- 6.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 9 of 2016, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar for the offences punishable under section 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 435, 354, 294, 427, 436 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3 of the Destruction of Public Property Act and

under section 4/25 of the Arms Act, on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every third Tuesday between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m., for a period of three months from the date of his release on bail.

The present application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
