The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner on aided division is pending since January-2019. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner on aided division (Page No. 22), is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within a period of four (04) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
