Heard learned counsel for the applicant. He points out that legal heirs of deceased respondent no. 3/1 are already on record, as respondents no. 3/2 to 3/4.

In the circumstances, respondents no. 3/2 to 3/4 be shown on record of second appeal also in their capacity as legal heirs of respondent no. 3/1.

Learned counsel for the applicant further states that respondents no. 4/1/1 to 4/1/3 are no more, and, they have left behind no legal heirs.

As such, the matter to proceed with accordingly in respect of said respondents.

Similar appears to be the case in respect of respondents no. 4/3 and 4/4, wherein, they are stated to have not left behind any legal heirs. The matter against them also be proceeded with accordingly.

Second appeal, as such, to proceed with.

Civil application stands disposed of.
