-------- CORAM: T.V. NALAWADE INDIRA K. JAIN, JJ.
DATE : 8th MAY 2015 ORDER:
1) Heard both the sides. The application is filed for grant of furlough on cash security or personal bond. 2 Cr WP 507/2015 2) The submissions made and the reply filed show that the petitioner is behind the bars for more than 13 years and not on a single occasion furlough or parole was granted to him. As he has been behind the bars for about 13 years there must be sufficient amount in the wage register of the petitioner.
3) In view of these circumstances this Court hopes that the matter can be considered sympathetically and cash security can be accepted. With these observations the petition is disposed of. The fees of the learned counsel appointed is quantified at Rs.1500/- (rupees fifteen hundred only).
