The learned counsel for the applicant submits that, under order dated 02nd February, 2018 in Civil Application No. 15458 of 2017, this Court had allowed withdrawal of the accrued interest on the amount of Rs. 2,21,00,000/- on furnishing solvent security or bank guarantee of the like amount. While withdrawal of amount of Rs. 2,21,00,000/-, the applicant has submitted solvent security of Rs. 6,53,17,070/-, that would take care of the interest amount of Rs. 39,00,000/- also.

Office after verifying the security given while withdrawing amount of Rs. 2,21,00,000/- shall allow withdrawal of the accrued interest as per order dated 02.02.2018 on the basis of same security of Rs. 6,53,17,070/- given while withdrawing Rs. 2,21,00,000/- by getting additional bond. The civil application is disposed of.
