This Court by way of the said order has allowed the applicant therein to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount alongwith proportionate interest accrued on it on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court. Hence the following order :

ORDER

a) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court.

b) The remaining amount of 25% shall be deposited in any Nationalized Bank and be renewed periodically till the decision of the appeal. ( KISHORE C. SANT ) JUDGE mahajansb/
