PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant prays for condonation of 160 days delay in filing this application and further prays for recalling the order dated 24.11.2015 passed by this Court, by which, the petition was dismissed for non-removal of office objections.

Learned Advocate for the applicants have opposed this application, on the ground that the reasons cited are not satisfactory. 3.

In the light of the above and for the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 160 days is condoned, subject to costs of RS.1,000/- which, with consent of all the parties, shall be deposited with Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

Order dated 24.11.2015 passed by this Court is recalled, subject to the condition that the applicant / petitioner shall remove all office objections on/or before 5th May, 2016. After the objections are removed, Writ Petition No.10733 of 2015 shall stand restored at the same stage at which it was, when dismissed.

Needless to state, if this order is not complied with, the same shall stand recalled and this application shall stand rejected and the order dated 24.11.2015 shall stand restored.
