The Application is filed for condonation of delay caused in filing revision against the judgment and Award of Reference Court. The Reference Court has dismissed the reference as nobody turned up for applicant and no evidence was given. It is the case of the applicant that the Advocate did not inform him and so he did not turn up before the Reference Court. He is putting blame on the counsel. In view of these circumstances, this Court holds that the delay is sufficiently explained. Learned
