Mr. Gaddime, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 raises preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In the light of that, though Mr. Chintalwar, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass the submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy.

All contentions are kept open. No costs.
