Applicant is the original petitioner praying for condonation of 155 days delay caused in filing of this application and further prays for setting aside the order of the Registrar dated 26.10.2015 by which the writ petition was refused registration on account of non removal of office objections.

I have considered the submissions of the learned Counsel S.S.DESHPANDE 1 / 2

909.CA.5013.16.odt for the applicant and have gone through the reasons set out in the application.

In light thereof, this civil application is allowed. Delay of 155 days is condoned by imposing cost of Rs.500/- on the applicant who is said to be non-employed and a Class IV employee. Said amount is to be deposited with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. within a period of two weeks from today. After depositing the amount, order of Registrar dated 26.10.2015 be set aside. Applicant shall remove all office objections in the petition within three weeks from today, following which the petition shall be registered.

Needless to state that failure to comply with above direction shall result in recalling of this order. Civil Application shall then stand rejected and the order of the Registrar dated 26.10.2015 shall then stand restored.
