Learned counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No.1 has challenged the order passed by learned reference Court and has deposited entire award amount before this Court. In connected group of matters, out of the same acquisition this Court has permitted the applicant therein to withdraw 50% out of deposited amount. Hence requested to pass same order. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submitted that this Court may pass appropriate order.

On considering submission of both the learned counsel as well as in connected group of matters this Court has permitted

ORDER
