In view of the above, the order dated 5.5.2017 is corrected to the effect that the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited before the Tribunal alongwith accrued interest thereon, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial of this Court 4.
