Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal is submitted by the Headmaster of the School seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners (Exh.F), however, the same is not yet decided.

Mrs.Dhumal, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the Education Officer, would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.3 shall decide the proposal (Exh.F), if pending, on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.
