The claim of the petitioners is pending for scrutiny before the respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners have already been protected by this Court in Writ Petition No.9682/2012 and Writ Petition No.5547/2015.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.2

Writ Petition No.4844/2025 :: 2 ::

Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioners' claim within a time frame of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Till the decision of the petitioners' claim, the protection granted earlier to continue. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
