The writ petition is filed on the ground that though the appeal is filed before the College and University Tribunal, Aurangabad, it cannot be taken up for hearing because of the non availability of the Presiding Officer. As such, the appeal could not be heard. 2.

It is informed that the Presiding Officer of the College and University Tribunal, Aurangabad has been appointed and he has taken charge on 01.01.2020.

Mr. Dixit, learned counsel informs that the matter of the present petitioner was partially heard by the Tribunal.

In the light of that, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition does not subsist.
