We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned advocate for the petitioner. According to the learned advocate illegal action of demolition is taken on 20th May, 2017 by respondent Nos. 6 and

7. The enquiry needs to be conducted against them. Even the Collector has directed the Sub Divisional Officer to submit the report after making an enquiry.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 7.

The petitioner has filed civil suit. The petitioner could not

2 wp 7343.19 succeed in getting temporary injunction. The said application is rejected. Prima facie the Court was not convinced with the case of the petitioner. In such a case the directions cannot be given to conduct enquiry against respondent Nos. 6 and 7. 4.

Eventually, depending upon the judgment in the civil suit further course of action be taken.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
