The petitioner challenges the orders dated 17.03.2022 and 29.03.2022 passed by respondent No.1 - Commissioner, Latur Municipal Corporation, Latur, and the consequential order dated 05.03.2022 passed by respondent No.2 - the Regional Officer, Region No.B, Latur Municipal Corporation, Latur, whereby respondent No.1 - the Commissioner has directed deletion of the petitioner's name and recording of the name of respondent No.3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition and pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the Municipal Corporation has already restored the name of the petitioner and deleted the name of respondent No.3. Therefore, the record as it stood prior to the impugned order has already been restored. The said fact is accepted by the learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
