Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned counsel for the Respondent/ Acquiring Body.
In view of the order passed by this Court dated 05.04.2017 in similar Civil Applications for withdrawal of the compensation amount under the same award, the Applicants herein are also permitted to
*3* withdraw 50% of the amount out of the balance amount, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and the remaining amount shall be invested in the fixed deposit in any nationalized bank initially for a period of two years and the fixed deposits be renewed thereafter from time to time until further orders. The Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount are, accordingly, disposed of.
