The advertisement dated 23rd June, 2005, is challenged in the present writ petition. This Court had allowed Respondent No.2 to proceed with the selection process in relation to the nursing staff in terms of the advertisement.

On 9th January, 2015, when the matter was called out for final hearing, none appeared for the Petitioner. However, in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned to 16th January, 2015. Today also, when the matter is called out, none appears for the Petitioner. Even otherwise, nothing would survive in the writ petition after such a long slumber. The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed. Rule is discharged. No costs.
