Mr. Shendurnikar, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits on 12.02.2024 he orally made a statement that the respondent is dead. However, the legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1 are already brought on record. Fruther, the appellant Bajirao Chindhu Rajane also died some time in the year 2021, however, no legal heirs of the deceased appellant are brought on record till date. 2.
