Learned Advocate holding for Advocate Mr.Wange appearing for Respondent No.1, submits that the appeal has been filed challenging the quantum as the statutory deductions have not been properly considered in view of the fact that the deceased was bachelor. So also, fixed amount of earning has not been properly considered. Therefore, he has objection for entire withdrawal of the amount by the applicants-claimants.

The amount that has been deposited in this Court, in view of the Award that has been passed, is Rs. 18,17,848/- apart from the statutory amount. Taking into consideration the points raised in the appeal, the applicants,

(2) who are the parents of the deceased, are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.5,00,000/- each.

The applicants shall file an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal. 4.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
