1) The applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing appeals against the judgments and awards of Reference Court. The State Government wants to file appeals. Various contentions are made for causing delay in filing appeals like time spent for getting certified copies, processing the matter and getting sanction etc. In view of the grounds given and the submissions made this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown.
