The present petition is filed assailing order dated 21.03.2024 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Pathardi in Revision Application filed under Section 23 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act. 3.

Apparently, by impugned order the prayer of the petitioner for grant of stay to the order passed by the Mamlatdar has been rejected. In that view of the matter, instead of entertaining the challenge to the interim order, it would be in the interest of the parties that they appear before the Sub Divisional Officer for early disposal of the Revision Application. In that view of the matter, without going into the merits of the matter, Writ Petition stands disposed of with following directions:

ORDER

a.

Writ Petition is partly allowed.

Parties shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer on 30.07.2024, which is the date fixed for hearing. On appearance, the petitioner shall submit his written notes of argument in addition to the oral submissions.

The learned Sub Divisional Officer after considering the submissions of the parties, pass final order in Revision Application within a period of four weeks thereafter.

d.
