I find no substance in this writ petition.

Respondent/defendant has filed his written statement within time. However, thereafter petitioner/plaintiff has amended the plaint under the orders of the trial court. Respondent/defendant has thereafter filed his amended written statement exh.48 on 13.7.2015. However, it appears that, though it was filed on 13.7.2015, the application to accept the amended written statement came to be filed in the year 2016 and trial court has passed the order on the said application exh.49 on 5.1.2017. Since, original written statement is filed within time and amended written statement came to be filed after petitioner/plaintiff is carried out the amendment in the plaint. I do not find any justifiable reason to interfere in the order of the trial court. Writ Petition is hereby dismissed. No costs. ( V.K. JADHAV, J. ) ...
