Both these petitions question the interlocutory order passed by the appellate court in separate proceedings preferred by the contesting respondents against the order of the Collector disqualifying them under Section 14-1(j-3) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958, on complaints preferred by the petitioners.

Both the sides are unanimous that the main proceeding in the form of an appeal has been disposed of by the Divisional Commissioner finally.

In view of the above state of affairs, both the petitions have been rendered infructuous and are dismissed.
