These writ petitions have been filed seeking directions to the Industrial Court, Aurangabad to decide the pending revisions ULP No.93/2014, 94/2014, 95/2014 and 38/2015. This Court is not aware about the revisions pending prior to filing of the revisions by the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, we grant liberty to the petitioners to apply for early hearing of the revisions before the

4252.16wp+ Industrial Court.

In case, such applications are filed for early hearing of the revisions, the Industrial Court to take decision on the same, expeditiously and in case, it is possible for the Industrial Court to hear the revisions, expedite the hearing of the revisions pending before the Industrial Court.

With the above observations, petitions stand disposed of.
