Vide order dated 12/07/2018, this Court directed the respondent - committee to decide the claim for verification within a period of eight months, of which extension is sought by the respondent-committee.

Perused the cause cited in the application in support of such extension. Since, this court was not satisfied, the committee was called upon to file additional affidavit. Perused the additional affidavit filed by the Research Officer, disclosing the present status of the matter in question, so also the workload.

In the wake of above, the extension as prayed, in our opinion needs to be granted. We expect, the committee to decide the matter within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

The parties to the petition undertake that they shall file additional documents by 13th May, 2019.

Let the committee decide the claim finally by 16/09/2019. 6.
