The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 to 10 raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 3.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
