This revision application arises from the proceeding under the Maharashtra Rent Control Act. 2.

During pendency of this revision, the parties entered into compromise. Preceipe is filed informing that they have decided to continue the tenancy and they have entered into a fresh agreement. The copy of such agreement is produced at Exh.A. Leave is, therefore, sought by the revision petitioner to withdraw the revision.

By way of civil application No. 5607 of 2022 the amount of Rs.45,000/- deposited by the Landlord in the court is sought to be withdrawn by the landlord himself. The parties have agreed to appropriate it towards rent.

The learned Advocate for the respondent does not have any objection.

In view of the above, the civil revision application disposed of as withdrawn. Civil application is allowed as prayed for.

In view of prayer clause-B the amount shall be paid to one of the landlords namely Hasan Hatimbhai Shamsi (Bohri) alongwith accrued interest. [ MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ] VishalK/ca5607.22
