Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the Insurer has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal mainly on the grounds of negligence and the quantum of compensation, the Applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount to the extent of 50% out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application stands disposed of.
