It appears that, it is only on 05th February 2016 application has been filed by petitioners seeking rental compensation. Some time will have to be given to the authorities to decide the same. If authorities fail to decide the application filed by petitioners seeking rental compensation within reasonable period, then the petitioners are at liberty to move the Court. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
