We have considered the prayers made in the writ petition. The petitioner is challenging the judgment and order dated 22.02.2014 passed by the Additional Collector (Atiyat), Latur and also the scheme framed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad. Alternate remedy is available as against both the orders passed.

In light of the above, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
