Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who fairly submits, that the order dated 01/11/2010, passed by the Collector, Dhule, in Ceiling Proceedings No. 100 of 2010 is susceptible to appeal under Section 33 of the Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling and Holdings) Act, 1961 and therefore all other proceedings which have been taken by the petitioner, are without jurisdiction. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in law.
