The applicants are seeking direction to respondents to deposit entire amount under the Award with interest under section 28 of the Land Acquisition Act. Learned counsel for the respondent acquiring body submits that the Reference Court has not awarded any interest under section 28 of the Act and as such applicants may either file application before the Reference Court or file cross-objection in this appeal.
