Heard Mr. Inamdar, learned counsel for the applicant. There is delay of little over five years in preferring the revision against an interim order, which is in the nature of stay of the order dated 31/12/2011. In the fitness of things, it would not be desirable even to issue notice of this application. However, the Presiding Officer of the Wakf Tribunal is directed to decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Civil Application as also the Civil Revision Application stand disposed of accordingly.
