This court by order dated 11.6.2014 permitted the applicant therein i.e. deceased Shashikala Ganpati Bhosle and non applicant No.6 i.e. Sheetal Nagesh Bhosle to withdraw Rs.1.00 lacs from the amount deposited, on certain conditions. Learned counsel submits that before withdrawal of the said amount, Shashikala died and respondent 2-A viz. Saudagar and respondent No.4 Ganpati are the legal representatives of deceased Shashikala. Learned counsel submits that in the light of order passed by this court dated 11.6.2014, they may be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1.00 lacs i.e. the share of deceased Shashikala.

In view of the order passed by this court on 11.6.2014, there is no hurdle as such to permit the applicants herein i.e. legal representatives of deceased Shashikala to withdraw the amount of Rs.1.00 lac with equal share, alongwith accrued interest, if any. 4.
