Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already tendered online applications to the Sub Divisional Officer, Jalgaon. Learned Advocate for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners would return the original "Tokare Koli", Scheduled Tribe Certificates so as to receive form 'C' certificates.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction that after the above formalities are completed,

wp-3797.24 respondent No.2 to verify the authenticity of the earlier certificates and upon being convinced, would issue the form 'C' certificates within 15 days from the date of fulfillment of all formalities.
