Dated : July 30, 2024 PER COURT :- 1.
Parties have entered in to compromise and have reduced the consent terms in writing duly verified before the Registrar Judicial of this Court. The Registrar Judicial has also submitted a report to this Court. 2.
As per the compromise terms, the respondent/husband has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees seven lakh) to the appellant/wife as stated in clause 'A' of the consent terms. The Demand Drafts as stated in clause 'A' are handed over to the appellant/wife in the Court. 3.
On receiving the amount, the appellant/wife is ready to withdraw the present second appeal and also all the proceedings or cases whatever filed against the respondent/husband and his relatives in any other courts within 15 days of filing the compromise pursis in this Court. The respondent/husband has also agreed to withdraw all the proceedings or cases filed against appellant/wife and her relatives in whatever court
SA 245/19 including all civil, criminal as well as matrimonial proceedings. Both the parties have undertaken that they shall not file any case against each other and shall not claim any other relief against each other in future. The said compromise is taken on record and marked as annexure 'X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of the same, the second appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn by confirming the decree passed by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court. With this the second appeal stands disposed of. Civil applications, if any, also stand disposed of. ( KISHORE C. SANT, J. ) ssc/
