The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground. The proposal is forwarded by the institution seeking approval to the appointment. The same is not yet decided.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is not yet decided and is pending, then the respondent No. 4 shall decide the said proposal in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.
