The petitioner prays that respondent nos.3 to 5, which is a private education trust, be directed to pay his unpaid monthly salary from September2017. 2.

Since a writ of mandamus may not be issued against a private education trust and as the petitioner has approached respondent no.2-Joint Director, Higher Education, Aurangabad Region for the redressal of his grievance, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and after following the due procedure laid down in law, issue appropriate directions for releasing his salary, if eligible, on or before 15.03.2023.
