DATED : 17 th April, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring criminal appeal challenging the judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, by which the present applicant is convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten years. 2] Heard Shri Vijay Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri A.V.Deshmukh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

3] For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay, application is allowed. Delay of 84 days caused in filing criminal appeal is condoned. 4] Application is disposed of.
