Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is not paid salary from 20.12.2013 to 22.8.2014. The petitioner was

2 W.P.No.4849/16 transferred. The representation dated 18.3.2016 for payment of the salary for the said period is not yet decided.

The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the authority would take decision upon it as per law.

In light of the above, we pass the following order :

a) The authority shall take decision upon the representation of the petitioner seeking payment of salary from 20.12.2013 to 22.8.2014 (Exh.H) expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months on its own merits.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
