Despite cautioning, the time of this Court has been wasted on the following facts :- a) The residential premise is in the name of Sanjay Vanjare, father of the Petitioner.

b) In the year 2019, proceeding under Section 135 of the Electricity Act was initiated against Sanjay Vanjare, for theft of electricity.

c) The meter was seized and the electricity connection was disconnected.

- 2 - wp3840.24.odt d) Sanjay Vanjare approached the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and by order dated 12.03.2020, his complaint No. CC/764/2019 has been dismissed. e) The son of Sanjay Vanjare i.e. the present Petitioner has approached this Court contending that he is not issued with any electricity meter and he has not received the electricity supply. g) The Petitioner does not have any property in his name. The house is not in his name. The tax receipts for the said house are issued in the name of his father. He has no connection with the said house except that he is a son who resides in that house. 2.

In view of the above, a Writ of Mandamus directing the State or the concerned authority to issue electricity connection to the Petitioner and supply him electricity, cannot be issued. 3.

For unnecessary wastage of time, this Writ Petition is dismissed by imposing cost of Rs. 10,000/- to be deposited within 30 days. The learned AGP prays that the amount of cost be deposited with the Advocates Bar Association, High Court of Bombay, Aurangabad. The Registry to transfer the said amount. ( R. M. JOSHI) ( RAVINDRA V.
