DATE : 14th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER Both the applicants are personally present in the Court and are identified by their Counsel. An undertaking is tendered by them that they shall vacate the suit premises within a period of one year from today. 2.
Having considered the contents of the undertaking, it will be appropriate, in my opinion to accept the undertaking, subject to condition that the applicants shall vacate the suit premises by 30th June, 2018 and they shall not create third party interest in the suit premises.

The applicants shall continue to pay regularly the rent to the respondent-landlord as ordered by the Court below. A single default on the part of applicants to pay rent will entail the respondent-landlord to execute the decree in question, irrespective of the protection ordered by this Court.

The applicants shall voluntarily deliver vacant possession of the suit premises to the respondent-landlord by 30th June, 2018, by maintaining the same in good condition.

With the above observations, Civil Revision Application stands disposed of.
