The petitioner has preferred this petition challenging the order dated 27/03/2020 passed by respondent No. 2.

In brief, it is the contention of learned counsel appearing for petitioner that the order passed by respondent No. 3 to refuse to entertain the revision petition on the ground that no sufficient cause was assigned to condone the delay, the respondent No. 3 refused to condone the delay and entertain the revision petition. It is submitted that in absence of sufficient cause being shown to condone the delay and illegality in passing the order the respondent No. 2 should not have interfered the order passed by respondent No. 3.

By the impugned order passed by respondent No. 2, the order passed by respondent No. 3 to refuse to entertain the revision petition on the ground of delay has been set aside and the case has been remanded to respondent No. 3 to decide the same on merit after giving opportunity of hearing to both side. The order passed by respondent No. 2 is reasoned and suffers from no illegality and jurisdictional error. So also the order passed has not resulted in causing mis-carriage of justice to the petitioner. In that view, no case exist to exercise supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
